NEIL BOGERT - owner, founder

Neil Bogert, owner and founder of NTL Manufacturing, brings 38 years of experience in machining and a lifetime of continuous self-improvement to every project he works on. He was raised by an inventive father, in a time where creativity was born out of necessity, which inspired him to become resourceful in finding solutions. In his youth, he spent every day with dirt bikes and snowmobiles: not just riding them, but also taking them apart and putting them back together at just 12 years old. He was top of his class academically, and passionately involved in metalwork class, building a steam engine as a self-assigned high school project. After working for a few years as a motorcycle mechanic, he made the transition to machining in his early 20s. He trained as a manual machinist, earned his red seal, and then made the transition to CNC machining in the mid 90s before starting NTL Manufacturing in 2004. In addition to running the company, he’s also raised two sons of his own. In his spare time, he creates solutions at home for his family and friends, from bike ramps to custom barbells and home improvement and renovations. Neil’s do-it-yourself mentality makes him a life-long learner, a quality he inherited from his father, and has passed along to his sons.
